Former Acting Chief Executive Officer – ESAAG, Manfred was the former Acting Chief Executive Officer of the East and Southern African Association of Accountants- General (ESAAG) consisting of the Accountants’ – General offices of the 14 member countries from beginning October 2013 to middle of April 2016. His responsibilities included sourcing development funding for projects, Strategy and Policy implementation, Financial and Risk management, Performance Management of Operations, Corporate Governance, as well as Stakeholder Relations Management with international development partners, organisations and sponsors.
During his tenure as CEO, the ESAAG Secretariat had a staff compliment of 5 and a revenue of +R10 million per annum. At the National Treasury, Office of the Accountant – General, South Africa he was responsible for Asset Management , Risk Management and Internal Audit Capacity Building to all spheres of government. He has over 18 years of solid management experience coupled with leadership skills having worked at top institutions such as Gobodo Risk Management and Chartered Accountants, Ngubane & Co Chartered Accountants, Auditor – General SA (AGSA) and the South African Revenue Services (SARS).

Portia Morai has extensive experience in administration as she joined the retail industry at the age of 23 as a Manager. She has also worked in the Ministry of Higher Education and Training in the office of the Deputy Minister of Higher Education in 2012 – 2014 as his Personal Assistant as well as the Head of Office. She has an understanding of the Higher Education environment, organising events, managing projects and engaging with different stakeholders.

Ms. Mandisa Mboshana is experienced in Customer Service Management, Office administration and Information, Communication and Technology Management having previously worked at the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) and at South African of Architectural Profession (SACAP) as a Registrations Administrator.
