It\u2019s riveting, you must go watch it.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Shabalala<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, though, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">is quite adept at striking a balance between work and personal life, as he is with his daily work as an independent consultant at Eaglet Advisory and Consulting.<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">After all, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">he <\/span><span class=\"s4\">has worked across 17 <\/span><span class=\"s4\">countries on the continent.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">\u201cI love travelling and exploring<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">like<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> learning about my <\/span><span class=\"s4\">country and the <\/span><span class=\"s4\">continent,\u201d says Shabalala.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">His face lights up<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">when he talks about the plans for his role as <\/span><span class=\"s4\">a <\/span><span class=\"s4\">council member.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">\u201cI want to contribute to the growth of SAIGA so that it can continue to play a significant role in ensuring accountability in government through public sector auditors, the RGAs, and build capacity within the public sector,\u201d the 53-year-old says.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">\u201cI also want to help grow the PSAAA into a force to be reckoned with. There is a lot the Institute can offer to society.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Shabalala, a father of two, holds an MBL degree and Global Remuneration Professional and has over 20 years of operational and strategic level experience as a Human Resource professional, which he obtained mainly in the financial services as an HR consultant.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53a06881 elementor-share-buttons--view-icon-text
